Overview
Ekwe is a defensive-minded big whose motor never stops. He protects the rim with plus length, rebounds outside his area, and gives max effort every possession — the kind of energy five who raises a team's defensive floor immediately.
The offense is unfinished: he's a lob threat and putback finisher, but he can't space the floor or create, and his hands can be shaky. He's a role-player projection whose value is anchored to defense and effort, with real upside if the offense catches up.
